Just wanted to post some photos of my little Maddie since she’s been going through some big changes this week. She started daycare on Tuesday, so it’s been a rough week for both her and I and her daddy. She still doesn’t like the part where we leave for work in the morning, but she talks about how much fun she had all day when we go pick her up. They get to play outside two times a day and my Maddie LOVES the “park!” She loves playing with the puzzles, in the kitchen and with her “friends.” I love watching her grow up, but I have to admit that it’s really hard for me too. She’s so smart and makes us laugh everyday with the new things she says. I hope it will get easier for all of us in the coming weeks.

I can’t believe my Maddie is already TWO! Omar and I were shocked at how much she really got in to the concept of her birthday this year. So much so, she is still talking about her birthday in her SLEEP! We celebrated at one of her favorite places…Peter Piper Pizza, with a cake featuring one of her favorite people….Hannah Montana! Yes, I think I have the littlest HM fan…she’s been hooked since about 18 months. We took her to the zoo on her birthday too, which she really enjoyed. It was so nice to not worry about work or photography and spend time with my sweet little girl who’s growing up WAY too fast, and my wonderful hubby who’s been pulling more than his fair share of the load lately so I can pursue my dreams.

I’m so blessed to have such a great family and Maddie, I’m so proud of the sweet, yet strong and independent little person you are becoming. You are so smart and pretty and you have your daddy’s wit! You make me so proud. I love you so much!
