What a special time…spring! It’s one of my favorite seasons to photograph during because the weather is nice (look at that lovely light) and everything is blooming and green. And, it made the perfect backdrop for this sweet couple’s maternity session. She did such a great job coordinating outfits and accessorizing – just beautiful! She looks STUNNING in all of the portraits, but I just LOVE that pink dress on her….so soft and romantic. Zilda and AC, thank you so much for trusting me to capture this special time in your lives. Hope you treasure these portraits forever!

 

I’m SO SO excited that this gorgeous mommy was sweet enough to allow me to share her images from her maternity boudoir session! What is a maternity boudoir session, you ask? Well, it’s a maternity session with a sexy and sweet twist. 😉 She looks AMAZING – and this is her third baby! I LOVE photographing maternity sessions and making women feel sexy. It’s such a special time to capture and with maternity boudoir sessions you are really able to show off your baby bump and gorgeous pregnancy curves. And, these were all taken with gorgeous natural window light. So THANK YOU again to this beautiful mommy! 🙂

I love photographing maternity portraits! It’s such an exciting time in people’s lives and I’m reminded each session what blessings all babies are. This mommy is absolutely stunning…it should almost be a crime to look THAT amazing pregnant! 😉 I’m so happy the sun came out at the end of our session because we got some dreamy images that I’m in love with!

When Angela first contacted me I was so excited to learn that not only would I be photographing her and her baby bump, but her sister was coming to visit her and was also expecting! They were a few months apart in their pregnancies and wanted photos together! I had so much fun with these beautiful expecting mommies and am so thankful that they trusted me to document this special time. These images were taken in October and you can see a hint of fall in the trees! 🙂

Boy, have I really not blogged since October?!?! I’m kind of embarrassed to admit that I came to my blog today and literally had forgotten my log-in information and how to even post an update…it had been SOOOO long!

The last quarter of 2011 was a bit of a whirlwind for Melissa Rodriguez Photography and I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to meet and photograph so many beautiful babies, kiddos and families. Thank you for making 2011 so spectacular! I am really looking forward to what 2012 has in store for us – including some new product offerings and special mini sessions throughout the year!

I’m going to get caught up on the blog this month, so be ready to see a ton of beautiful faces!
