My little love | Rio Grande Valley children’s photographer

Sadly I rarely have make time to photograph my Maddie. And when we do go out, sometimes I think I know why I avoid it….I think I got a full 8 minutes out of her before she had a melt down. Truthfully, my heart aches that I have so many beautiful photos of other people’s children and so few of my own little one. I can only dream that soon there will be more hours in the day and I will be able to capture the little love that made me fall in love with photography in the first place. She’s modeling some clothing here for Polka Dot Market. I fell in love with Sally’s T’s when I bought one for Maddie’s first birthday party. These new skirts and shirts are absolutely fabulous! Baby L continued | Rio Grande Valley newborn photographer

I was so excited to photograph Baby L. You may remember his gorgeous mommy and daddy from here. He was such an angel. There were times that I thought I was photographing a doll because he was so still and peaceful and he had the most beautiful complexion…he honestly looked too perfect to be real! Bettina and Orlando, thank you so much for letting me capture your little one. Enjoy your peek!

Girlfriends | Rio Grande Valley beach portrait photographer

When Ashley contacted me months ago to photograph a group of her girlfriends who were coming to South Padre Island, I was a little nervous since she was a photographer too. But I immediately got excited when I realized that we could trade services and that I could FINALLY be in some images with my family!

Maddie was SO sick the whole week leading up to the session so I was a bit nervous. To tell you the truth, I’ve never photographed a session so frazzled in my life!! Our hotel had us waiting for hours and then cancelled our reservation about 10 minutes before the time I was supposed to meet all the girls, so I was a nervous wreck and I was dealing with a toddler who had 102.5 fever in the lobby! NOT FUN!

Well, to make a long story short I photographed the sweetest group of girlfriends!! I’m so excited everything worked out and that I was able to document their friendship and trip to SPI. The wind was SO crazy that weekend, but I think it really lends to the model feel of these images! :) Aren’t they are all simply stunning??!!

Ashley, thank you so much for contacting me and allowing you to capture you and your friends. I really appreciate you photographing my family. You were such a blessing to us too! :)
